http://www.4hgarden.msu.edu — The Michigan State University Children's Garden is laid out in wonderful detail. There are 56 individual theme gardens ranging from pizza gardens to dinosaur gardens. Color photos and a plant listing for each one.
http://www.ktca.org/newtons — Source material for the Public Television series Newton's Apple. Includes excellent activity guides and lesson plans for classrooms, as well as "try this at home" sections which describe simple scientific experiments that can be done with everyday household items.
http://www.business.clemson.edu/Lflearn — Gathers and distributes information to support youth gardens, hands-on learning and environmental stewardship in South Carolina. Offers mini-grants for exemplary programs in schools and regularly publishes a newsletter covering new books and articles, projects of note, websites and funding sources.
http://www.hgic.clemson.edu — The Home and Garden Information Center of Clemson University includes fact sheets and articles on a range of garden subjects including designing and planting the garden, insects, diseases and composting.
